Request data deletion

Use your confirmation ID or the email used during submission. If you lost the ID, email-only requests are accepted and held for manual verification before any record is changed.

Provide either confirmation ID or submission email. Requests stay pending until a campaign coordinator verifies them.

What happens next

  1. We match the confirmation ID, submission email, or both.
  2. We aim to remove or anonymise matching personal records within 48 hours after verification.
  3. We keep only limited completion notes for accountability, then remove those notes on the retention schedule.

Complex, disputed, or incomplete requests may take longer. We will explain the delay. Aggregate totals that contain no identifying information may remain published, and encrypted backups may retain a temporary copy until normal rotation.
